The estimated delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including the day and time you place your order, and the chosen shipping method.

Here’s a breakdown:

• Order Processing: It takes us 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
• Delivery Time:

  • Other Courier Services: 3-6 business days

Example:

• If you order on a Monday before 3 PM, it will take 2 business days to process.
• If you order on a Friday after 3 PM, it will take 2 business days to process (starting from the next business day, which is Monday)

Shipping costs within Sri Lanka will vary depending on the weight and size of your order and the chosen shipping method.

• To get an accurate shipping cost: You can calculate the shipping cost during the checkout process. The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the selected shipping method.

• Budu Medura reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of the Products, Products being incorrectly described or priced on the website (Budu Medura specifically reserves the right to revise or cease to make available any of its Products at any time).
• In the event your order is cancelled by Budu Medura you shall receive an email notification of same within 07 of Business Days and Budu Medura shall refund the full amount paid by you to the credit/debit card that was used for the transaction.
• You may cancel your order through the Customer Account within 24 hours of having placed your order.
• All discounted Products are considered finally sold and there shall be no refund or return of any order for such discounted Products accepted by Budu Medura.
• Paid ‘store pickup’ orders which are not collected within 30 days will be cancelled automatically and cancelled items are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the sale value.
• Once The Product Has Been Purchased, And Collected By, Or Delivered To the Consumer, Returns Will Not Be Accepted By Budu Medura. As A Strict Policy, Product Return Or Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accommodated For A Consumer’s Unmatched Expectations, Or Change Of Mind, Unless There Is A Valid Defect With The Device, For Which Warranty Can Be Claimed For.
• Exchanges Will Be Accepted For Products That Are Brought Back In The Same Purchased, And Brand New Condition, With All Package Seals In-Tact And Untampered With, Within 7 Working Days. Upon Inspection And Consideration By The Budu Medura Management, The Consumer Will Be Allowed To Obtain A Different Product Of Equal Value, Or Upgrade To A Different Product Paying The Difference To Budu Medura.
• Refunds Are Not Applicable. Store credits will be issued to the value of the item which you can use to purchase from the website in the future. *Store credits are valid up to 1 year.
• Should You Choose To Purchase Any Product Via The Budu Medura

The tracking number provided will vary depending on the shipping provider you choose for shipping. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.

• Tracking Number: You will receive the tracking number via WhatsApp and email once your order has been shipped.

• Tracking the Shipment: Use the tracking number and the shipping carrier’s website or tracking application to monitor the progress of your delivery.
